For faulty items please email us at email@example.com or contact us on (02) 9580 5954 so that our returns team can arrange for the damaged/faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
The item must be in new and unused condition. You must contact us within 5 days of recieving the package, with photos of the damange/fault.
We will assess the fault upon return and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
